NYC Teachers - Welfare Fund
Quick question:
For the optical benefit of an exam and glasses/contacts.. is that ONCE a year or once every two years? I forget....

i believe 1 time a yr
and you have to call up and leave your info and they send you the form to bring to the eye store

I know, its so stupid you can't go ever year. DH is the teacher, but this plan is still better than my corporate banking vision plan.
