NYC Commuter Weather Related Question
We have tickets for an NBC taping tomorrow evening and planned on taking the train in and spending the day.
With this weather I'm wondering if we should drive to avoid a LIRR nightmare.
What do the seasoned commuters think? Will we even be able to find parking garages with availability? Do more people drive when the weather is bad?
