Honestly, I have done it. If it seems creepy when you drive up, just don't go in. I want to say chances are you will be fine, but just always be cautious!

I bought a step 2 roller coaster and went to pick it up by myself. I e-mailed her and asked her to have it available so I wouldn't have to go inside. Once I drove up to the gated community- I figured I was safe
The lady was shocked I came alone.

I wouldn't and when I sell something, I only have someone come when DH is home.
It's usually a normal person, but you never know when a crazy could arrive!
