Now this is the house to buy!!! lol
has anyone seen this house in Baldwin?
my grandfather came across it and showed me it yesterday... its awful! I feel bad for the people who live next to this. apparently this house has looked like this for YEARS!
There was somone living in this house, but im guessing he may have passed away. My grandfather said the man would decorate the house and put a horse outside with uncle sam and other stuff for each holiday - he obviously could not have been a well man to try to devorate that house! Look how the house looks pieced together at the top
it is for sale if anyone is interested!!

YIKES!!!!!  the christmas wreath adds just the right touch.  i'm surprised the town hasnt stepped in a long time ago to make these owners fix this mess.

yeah i dont know how they allowed the man to live in that... honestly i dont know much about it, i dont live over there, but im pretty sure they are just selling the land and whoever buys it is going to knock it down and rebuild.

Does the MLS listing say it has to be torn down by the buyer? I saw that a few times with houses that had been damaged by fire.
This is why, as much of a PITA town codes can be, they are still necessary! I'm surprised something wasn't done long ago.

i dont know the MLS. my grandfather actually drove me to it and i took pictures because i just couldnt believe it

that house has been there for years. I think there used to be a train in the driveway as well. It's pretty much known about around here!
