Now I Know Why They Call It Trying!
I'm exhausted!!!
The first time I got pregnant we fooled around whenever and just had great sex. This time I am on doctors orders to use an opk and go for progesterone testing the month I get pregnant. Knowing when we should have sex really put the pressure on us and totally took the fun out of it for both of us. I really had to work for those sperm!   My poor husband, I give him a lot of credit for hanging in there and getting the job done.
It was so much more fun and romantic when we did it and everytime had the potential to be the time because we didn't know if I was fertile or not. Everytime was romantic and hot. This time I feel like a science project!
I just hope we did it enough. It was certainly more than the month I did get pregnant so we'll have to see what happens.
This month has been a totally different experience than last time. Crazy!

Tell me about it. I remember (before marriage) just thinking how much "fun" and how "easy" its going to be to get pregnant. Yea, right!! TTC is such a pain in the butt!

ditto. lol. i was always so afraid to get pregnant on accident.

It hasn't been the experience I always imagined, especially with having a miscarriage. I don't think anyone goes into thinking they'll miscarry the first pregnancy. Then the waiting I had to do and the testing and now the trying again.
The whole process is long, stressful and a lot of work. Very much a pain in the butt!
