Now I am confused...
I have PCOS and have been having really long period since February. I started taking Vitex a few months ago (although since DH and I have decided to take a break from trying to conceive I haven't been that diligent with it). 2 cycles ago it was 98 days long. Last cycle was 68 days. Today is CD22 and I wiped this morning and there was blood. I am totally confused and I am wondering what this is. Anyone ever experienced this?

You could be having a short cycle. I have PCOS and have had a 57 day cycle and a 14 day cycle. Oh it could be mid cycle spotting. See if it turns into a full flow.
