Not sure where this question belongs, dead birds
We have been finding dead birds in our yard.
I would say in the past 3 months we have found 5-10 and I am sure there have been more that were in bushes or we just didn't see.
I am starting to worry as to why so many birds would be dropping dead in my backyard.
We have a big piece of property, 1/2 acre and a decent amount of trees.
Should I call the town? Has anyone else noticed a higher than usual rater of dead birds

perhaps due to the crazy rain....or it can mean west nile (i googled this)

do you have window AC units? They sometimes build nests in them.

I would call the town and also mention you're preggo and concerned if it's an environmental hazard issue...maybe that will light a fire to get them to check it out quicker.

Lots of reasons... Hitting glass windows and doors, neighborhood cats that are allowed to roam, feral cats, West Nile...
A long time ago, a friend had that happen and she called an agency that came to pick up the dead bird and it was West Nile.

I think that is a lot of dead birds in a 3 month span.
I would call the town.
