Not REALY TTC related...ladies who get bad bloating before AF...?
HELP!
I never get this bloated and AF is taking her sweet time coming. I am so bloated I am pouring over my clothes, which normally does not happen. For someone who is not PG, I feel like and look like I am a good 3 months in! It actually hurts. Okay, so the question...
Besides from cutting out salt, which I barely eat a lot of anyway, what else can someone do to relieve this retention naturally?

I get this way! And it was really bad last month for some reason. I hate when I don't fit into my pants! I haven't actually tried it but what about Midol? it says it helps the bloating?? And def water...
