For 4+ years we have been diagnosed "unexplained infertility"...we have struggled numerous times with the loss of our first baby 14wks. trying on our own, 9 medicated IUI's and currently on our 3rd Fresh IVF cycle. My IVF cycles #1, 16 eggs (8IVF/8ICSI) all fertilized only 1 was a AAABlast, 1 AA and resulted in my DS, Thomas ( lost the other baby). All remaining embryos did not last to cryo. IVF#2 - 14 eggs, 8 fertilized, BFN and none left to freeze.

SCSA is an analysis of the genetic material in the sperm DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index) and HDS (High DNA Stainability)

Based on our results 30.7% of my husbands
genetics are compromised.

When DFI is above 25% current literature suggests that the patients either try to reduce that number% by medical intervention or change lifestyle. SKIP IUI and go onto IVF/ICSI for the greatest success. (www.scsatest.com)

A high ratio of DFI (over 25%) may be the most negative since they may DNA damage beyond the repair capacity of the eggs.

Our HDS indicated that 10.7% of his sperm contained immature chromatin and abnormal proteins. Anything in the 25% range would be considered NEGTIVE for pregnance outcome.

This test cost us $400. I WISH WE TOOK IT SOONER!!! We would have saved A LOT of heartache, time and $$$$$ knowing this information before.

I'll be meeting with a specialist regarding the new science on PICSI, TA and suppliment regimine. Ill be happy to share my findings with you all.

If you have $400 to lay out, our insurance actually reimbursed us for the test. TAKE IT FOR PIECE OF MIND!!!
