North face denali worth it?
I am looking for a warm fleecy thing for DD I really like the way the north face fleece looks. Is it worth the money or is there a better alternative...I have been doing a lot of looking on line and for infant I can't seem to find anything cute and equivalent on LL Bean or Lands End (unless I am not searching right...). Thoughts?

Re: North face denali worth it?
I bought a denali-like jacket made by Champion at Target. It's very nicely made, thick and feels very warm. Since DS won't get more than one season out of it, I didn't want to spend a lot on the North Face brand.

Re: North face denali worth it?
I have a denali, and I don't think it's *that* much warmer than other fleeces. I splurged and got DS one of the North Face zip-in jackets that has a fleece and an outer shell, so that way he can use either. But I bought big hoping to get a couple years, so it's probably too big this year.

I think it depends on how old your DC is. I got one for DD when she was 2, and she was able to wear it for 2 years (it was a little big when she was 2, fit just right when she was 3). I got her a new one this year (discounted, $50) and I'm sure she'll get 2 years out of this one as well.
For an infant/less than 2 years old, probably not worth it for one season.

What size did you get when you dd was 2? I just got DD a 2t denali. She is 16 months now. It is big but can still wear it. DO you think she could still wear it next year?

She might get some use out of it next Fall, but she'll probably need a 3T by spring.
