They sell them everywhere...
Nordstrom, Bloomies, Dicks (I think)
SHouldn't be hard to find one.. but do you know which he wants? they make a bunch... a bubble, a parka....

Macys had a big selection on the womens' side last weekend. Not sure about the mens. And I think you can use the coupons too.

I ordered one from Moose Jaw. At the time, I think all North Face were 20 or 25% offl. Since, then I have received a few email notices about specials they are running on North Face, I would check out their website.
