No more Madagascar!!!
So my son and I are joking around and I sing the wrong words (on purpose) to Old MacDonald had a Farm. Now usually we say to eachother "Oh you're so silly!!"
Well my son just said "You're so psychotic mommy."
I was shocked. I asked him where he heard that word, praying that he didn't hear it in PreSchool and he said no, I heard it from Madagascar! I'm so blown away I'm even willing to bust the old Barney tapes back out!! AGHHHHHH!!

I find this with all disney movies!! DS loves Toy story and he learned some lovely phrases from that movie as well

I didnt even clue in to it because it wasn't something I said. My co-worker is from the Bronx & it was said all the time to keep from getting hit from cursing.

wait she says the word s- h-i-t, or she says "sugar honey iced tea". I think thats fine, no child would have a clue. I know I didnt.
But yes- this is common of alot of movies, Ryan loves Toy story and every time he watches it he points out to me when potato head says "stupid"

my 7 year old told me yesterday that his father took him to see the new movie open season or something like that and one part in the movie some animal is talking to a squirrel and says "and we'll need your nuts, ... and your acorns too" he thought it was hilarious and kept repeating it going mommy do you get it???? i thought he really DID get it until i asked him to explain to me what it was about!!!
