no-fish sushi??
anyone have recipes or ideas for making "no-fish" sushi? (for those with fish, seafood allergies)... I wanted to try my hand at homemade sushi but want to make something for the no-fish eaters... I was thinking maybe using chicken salad? with all the regulars like avocado, carrots, cucumbers, etc...
what would I use in place of the nori to help the rolls keep their shape?
any thoughts? Thanks!!
