No appetite...
For the past two weeks I've had no appetite at all. I'll eat breakfast but come lunch nothing sounds appetizing to me at all and I could care less about dinner. I'm obviously forcing food down cause I have to eat but I'm just not feeling any food...
I was quesy everyday pretty bad up until recently but that's pretty much gone and that's not why I'm not hungry...I don't know what it is...
At this point shouldn't I be MORE hungry? I just want to make sure the baby is getting everything it needs...

Re: No appetite...
You just have food aversions, where nothing is appealing. Just try and eat whatever you can get down, and don't worry that little baby is fine!
I can lend you some of my appetite if you would like!

Re: No appetite...
Its honestly most annoying at work, there are only so many places in and around my building and nothing I want. I'm sure it will get better soon, but right now its just a little hard to find anything to actually try and get down.
thank you

Re: No appetite...
where you are at its perfectly normal. I actually had MS til week 16 so the baby was probably on its own for food. The dr told me the baby gets what it needs the first trimester.

Re: No appetite...
I am the same way too dont feel bad. I have been eating barely anything and trying to drink water (yuck!) but definietely not enough. I am nauseaus and lightheaded alot, probably from not eating and drinking alot, but I dont really have much of an appetite.

Re: No appetite...
HEY MOMMA!!!! Sorry to hear that - you have to find whatever you're in the mood for or whatever you can stomach and if you have to live on that until you get your normal appetite back do that. The baby will take what he/she needs and don't worry about not eating healthy, you'll feel back to your normal self and you'll be able to eat how you always did. Feel better!

I've only been able to eat pizza and hamburgers. Not exactly the best or healthiest diet, but its the best I can do for now.
Thanks everyone...I'm glad its a pretty normal thing and nothing to be too concerned about.
