New York Aquarium...
Anyone ever been there?
I'm going today with my cousin and godson and never been there. Any must sees?

I've been there a whole bunch of times. Last time was a couple of years ago. I don't remember anything off the top of my head except that they had a very cool jellyfish exhibit. We always have fun when we go though.

I brought DD there several times last year and earlier this year. It is a great aquarium. It isn't too big either. Make sure you go to the sea lion show it is cute but popular so go early for good seats.

I went abt 2 years ago when Coney Island was still open. So we added that to the trip. I don't remember much from the Aquarium...but I do remember it didn't take long to go through.
You can walk the boardwalk and go on the Cyclone. I know that and the Ferris Wheel are still open.

ETS: I see you're going with your godson...so maybe you should skip the Cyclone

I just went last Fri.
Loved it!
ETA: took my DD and niece, they loved it.
Its not too big so basically get to see all there. You pay extra for shows.

The sea lion show was cute. Love the shark tank & jellyfish.
When you're done, take a walk on the boardwalk & listen to some tunes.
Also depending on how many people are going & if you're paying for parking, look into buying the membership. It often works out cheaper if you're planning to visit a zoo or the Aquarium again.

DH is there right now with his school. he teaches summer school in NYC. There is a lot of nice things to see. The shows were nice, but you have to pay extra for it. Hope you have fun.

Thanks for all the input. My cousin got stuck in traffic this morning on her way to my house, and we didn't want to take a chance missing the sea lion show, so we decided to go to the LICM today and go to the Aquarium next week.
