Is anyone still doing this? I've been away for a bit - it's been a rough month and I've kind of (BIG TIME) strayed from my diet. But I'm back today - hopefully this will keep me honest.

Yeah, Azad, I'm having a really tough time myself - just getting back on track. I've had a bit of a free for all this past month. I'm trying though. I'm noticing that I'm munching more at night though. Chat Icon

I'm going to start doing this again, it did help.

I exceeded my flex points by 12 this week!!

I have to get back on track. I'm so gross.

Weigh in day today - I'm up 8.5 pounds since I last weighed in February. I've lost a total of 12 pounds since September. Ugh.
