New with a question?

Hi, After 15 months of trying and nothing I finally went to doctor to see what the next step is.
She gave me a prescription for DH to get a semen analysis done and Hystersalpinogram(sp?) for me.
Where do I send DH to get this done?
We are on south shore eastern nassau.
I looked up Quest and it said no labs within 25 miles do this test. Could that be right?
And for my test do I go to any place like a Zwanger?
Thanks in advance for the help!

My DH went to the Quest in Syosset. You can't book it online. Call the number and they'll setup an appointment for you to bring it in.

I *think* Dh went to Stonybrook Hosp. for the first one, when I was still seeing my regular OBGYN.

The second one, he just did at the RE's office.

Re: New with a question?

I went to a radiologist for my HSG. But after going through this process, I wish I went to an RE for the HSG. The radiologist takes the x-ray and then sends the report/slides to the referring doc (your ob/gyn). However, when the RE does it they can take a closer look at what is going on, not just look at the x-ray slides after the fact.
