NEW UPDATE - I think I'm miscarrying
New Update:
It's over 
I went today for a sono & bloodwork, still no heartbeat but baby was measuring 6w3d (I'm 6w4d today). RE said there was still a chance, but we needed to see where my beta was at. It was 5200 on Monday, which to me seemed a little low for how far along I was, but today it was 815  I stopped the estrogen patches and progesterone, and I guess I just wait for the bleeding & cramping to start up again. This sucks, but I guess it wasn't meant to be this time around.

I went to the RE this morning and the baby was still there!!! Still no heartbeat, but they were able to take a crown to rump measurement and the baby is measuring 6w1d, which is exactly where I'm at today. They also saw the fetal pole, which wasn't there on Thursday, so that's a good sign  The RE said we just have to wait and see and hope we get a heartbeat on Wednesday. They didn't see where I was bleeding from, but it wasn't from around the little peanut. The sono tech did say I could have developed a subchorionic hematoma and it leaving my body could have caused the bleeding and cramping. Much better news than I could have ever hoped for!!!

I bled and was NOT miscarrying. Have you called your doctor? I even had a clot ( sorry if TMI)

They are closed. I had 3 small clots, I'm still bleeding (like I have a period) and I have pretty moderate cramping

ITA, DEF call the emergency line!! how far along are you?? if you are still under the care of your RE i would call them too. i dont remember who you see but i know Dr. B was known to do emergency sonos for his preg patients outside of regular hours. if you see him i would def email him - if you see someone else try contacting them and see if they can get you in tomorrow. it could be an SCH or something thats not a miscarriage!!

Thanks, I called my RE's emergency line and they put me on bedrest until I can get in tomorrow morning. The cramping eased up but I just passed a huge clot, so I'm really worried

I have had subchorionic hematomas with both DD and DS #2.....
Scary as hell, had many bleeding episodes but obviously they are here and healthy...Feel free to FM if you have any questions ....Hang in there  !!!!!!
