And the plus side to what I call the "Tah-wee-Zah You Can't Have Anything Good Diet" - I've lost 8 pounds!! 
I like to call it "Give up the Cr ap and Get a Baby Diet"
Ladies, it is hard and you can cheat occassionally but sometimes in life we just have to "su ck it up and do what we have to do". Unfortunately, for us PCOS girls, we literally can't have our cake and eat it too.
I can't wait to go to an RE. These weeks go by so slowly, but nothing is slower than the pregnancy weeks and waiting for week 13.

Hi Lauren,
I hope your stay is short and sweet! I have PCOS but I am not insulin resistant. I noticed my symptoms and I brought it up to my new RE's attention and after further testing, he confirmed I had PCOS. For me, it was elevated DHEAS which was the indicator for PCOS.
