New Here..Really confused!!

Hi Everyone

I've been a lurker here for quite a while but never actually had a question to post. BUT now I have some major confusion in the brain and figured you would all be the best to ask!

I came off BCP in June, waited one whole cycle (44 days) and got first AF off the pill. Started temping that day (July 23rd). Since I was not sure about how long my cycle would be again, i started using OPK on day 11. Took one EVERY DAY through day 37 and never got a +. Then on day 38 I started spotting, nothing like my last period which was very heavy (after being on the pill for 5 years). I mean this was LIGHT.Lasted 4 days. Now, I dont know if this was really my period and I start a new cycle with temping? I always thought you dont start a new cycle until its red, normal flow. Also, I never really saw on my chart where I would have O'd.

If you have a chance, please take a look at my chart and let me know how you would interpret it, and if you saw any sign of O that maybe I missed.

as far as your cycle, I think it may just be a case of your body adjusting to being off the pill. You may just have to wait another month or 2 until your cycle and periods become normal again.

Yeah I figured that, its just I dont know if I am onto the next cycle now, or is this still the same one? And also, I did get my period off the pill- I had it June 5th for 5 days, then didnt get it again until July 25th. So this is actually month 3 off the pill. So do I move on to cycle 3 even though I didnt just have a normal period but spotting?
