new here :-) when do you go to the doctors?
Hi  Used LiWeddings in 2005-2007 ( I was a Jan 07 bride) and then just remembered yesterday that there was a correlating family chat board and lurked for 24 hours and now I am posting.
so maybe a silly question but figured here is the safest place to ask.
I got 2 BFP today very excited. didn't call my doctor today because i figured i should test again tomorrow to make sure - is that crazy? When do you call to make doctors appointment?

i wouldnt test again just call your dr and they will tell you when they want you to come in

Welcome and Congrats! When I got my BFP with DS it was a sat morning, I waited to Monday (making sure the line was getting darker) and called my OB then. They set up an appointment right away. I know some OB's won't see you till you are further along.

Congrats! From my past experiences I wouldnt go too early. Maybe schedule the appt for when you are 7 weeks from the first day of last period.

welcome, & Congrats.
I know with DS I waited a few days before calling my OB, but it didnt make a difference becuase my OB wouldn't see patients who were pregnant until around 8 weeks.
My new OB is the same, I think they said 8-10 weeks is when they do first appts for pregnancy~!
