So in our very long year of spending saving looking and looking we finally found the perfect house that I mentioned and I just needed to say they accepted our offer!!!!!!!! We are so over joyed! Home inspection is scheduled Thursday!!! Thank you all so so so much for the advice you have given the past year. It has truly been insightlful and much appreciated!
