Need to vent sorry so early in the am

Well my dh has this thing ubout all of us eating at the table together for dinner, which is not a problem I enjoy it too. Sometimes it's hard though because my oldest plays sports so 3-4 days of the week I'm at a practice so dh has to eat alone So does that give him the right to put a tv in my kitchen I mean isn't the tv's in ALL the other rooms ok. I am very upset about this, I feel the kitchen should be the place you sit, eat, discuss your day with one another. I guess because that's the only time we're all togther accept on the weekends.

Am I wrong for being upset? Now he just came down stairs and put the tv on while we're getting ready for breakfast I think I'm hit him over the head with the frying pan he just took out

i HATE the idea of a tv in the kitchen!!! so now my DH is designing us a house and he was sure to make the den across the kitchen so that we can watch the 70 inch TV from the breakfast nook!!!

We are a big TV family, but I don't like having the TV in the kitchen. Our TV is visible from parts of the kitchen, and if there is a show that DC are interested in, DD is straining her neck to look behind her, and DS is distracted. I go over and turn it off. Meal time is a time for eating and being together. If 1 hour a day cuts THAT much into your TV time, maybe you should go to TV Anonymous or something...

Just take it down when he goes to work
