Need some help.

i am CD7. When should i start using the OPKs? and when should i use them?

I would start on CD10 or CD11 You should be testing between 2:00pm-8:00pm

i just used OPK's this month and started on CD10.. but it was early for me.. next time i am going to start on CD12. i am on a 28 day cycle also.

Based on the fact you have a 28 day cycle, I would say depending on the length of your LP (days between O and your period) you should theoreticaly ovulate between CD14/CD15. If that's the case, you should see a surge on CD12 or 13

i got my surge on CD13.. which meant i either Oed on CD14 or 15.
so next time i plan on using them on CD12 instead of 10.. i think for my cycle (28days) its too early to start at 10

Your LH surges in the afternoon, you have a higher concentration in your urine. My RE specifically instructed me to test between those times and to not use FMU

i used that kit too.. and noticed that it said you can test at any time.. but i still think its better to test between 2-8pm..
