Need some easyideas for pastry puff shells & sheets...
Bought 2 extra boxes by mistake for a recent recipe I used (from here actually -LOL)...Too lazy to bring them back...Any ideas ??

Layer them into muffin tins, bake that way and fill with whatever - for main course fill with salads or mac n cheese or sausage, sauce and cheese.
Or make them a dessert and fill with ice cream.

Save them for appetizers for a party. Brie, jam and pecans wrapped in puff pastry, yum!!!! Apple, blue cheese and walnuts in mini pastry cups, delish!!!

You can never go wrong with a baked brie!!!
I once made blanched asparagus and a slice of fontina, wrapped with a piece of puff pastry ( I actually used phyllo but pp would be great too) and bake till golden....amazing side or appetizer!!!

I like cooking ground meat with onion, garlic and a bunch of spices. Then I take a square from the puff pastry sheet and make a meat patty with it. They smell delicious when baked!
