Need restaurant reccs for 4th Anniversary...
tonight! We waited until the last minute as usual. Can anyone recommend a nice- not to formal restaurant to have dinner tonight. We live in Plainview and we don't want to travel to NYC or too far out east.

blackstone is realy good
so is coolfish!
Mill River Inn in Oyster Bay is pricey but one of the top LI restaurants

I am going to Mill River tonight (for my b-day) - that is one of my favorite restaurants on LI, and going to Blackstone on Sunday for a b-day party!
I was going to suggest Red Fish. Isnt that in Plainview? Coolfish is also really good, and so is the Sagamore....

delicious fried oysters
jumbo shrimp cocktail
pan seared tuna
they have steak
no burgers
pumkin filled ravioli (yummy)
its all presented very fancy, but its very good.
its in my buidling, i'm there 3x a week at least
