Need quick help with WORD doc
I have a word doc that keeps showing the redlines.
I made some changes and selected FINAL MARKUP
Then I saved it.
But every time I open it, it reverts back to the mark ups and the changes I made are gone.
I have to go in and select FINAL again.
But I need to send this to someone and they can't see the redlines, and the old stuff.
How can I fix this?

Need quick help with WORD doc
If you want them to see the tracked changes, hit tracked changes at the top of the email before you send.
If you don't want them to see changes and the document is good to go, accept all changes and save as a newer version.

You need to accept all changes. It should be to the right of the final markup selection. Final markup still technically has the track changes on. I've sent out so many documents that way forgetting I needed to accept the changes.
