Need opinions
We have been taking care of a stray for a couple of months now. She just had babies yesterday. If I wear gloves do you think it is safe to hold them? They are so cute and I am a big animal lover. It is so hard to resist. But I am nerveous because we haven't gotten a chance to take the mother to the vet for shots because she has been pregnant.

i would call a vet or a shelter and ask them what you should do or not do even.

oh I am sorry it is a cat. DH said he will take care of them. I just find it hard to do nothing.

If you wear gloves it should be okay. Toxoplasmosis (which I'm assuming is what you're worrying about) is only an issue if you're handling their feces. It is more common with outdoor cats though.

I wouldn't worry about it, just hold them as normal. The shots that they have shouldn't affect you.
Will you take some pictures of them for me to see please. I LOVE kittens please!!

I would love one, but I live in England, and that is what I call Geographically Undesirable. And my two already cats and six month old baby, not to mention my husband would not agree on that.
Also, that would make 3 cats, and in my world, 3 cats is well on the way to Crazy American Cat Lady Who Lives Next Door to us.
So...not for me sorry.
