Need mouse advice
We live in the woods. This was bound to happen with the change in weather.
I noticed a drawer with little poop in it about a week ago.
I've caught 5 mice. Not little gray house mice. BIG brown and white DEER mice.
It's been 2 days and no more poop and no more little brown mice.
We stuffed any outside hole we could find with steel wool.
Is there anything else I can do to ensure these little guys stay OUTSIDE and not come in?!?

Re: Need mouse advice
Kind of an all natural approach-- mice do not like the smell of peppermint. So if you put little cotton balls doused with peppermint oil (you can find this at gnc and some other natural stores) around the house they usually stay away. Thats how I got rid of the mice in my apartment. Good Luck! :)

Re: Need mouse advice
Maybe seal up any holes with that spray foam stuff? I would think a mouse could put through steel wool, or crew through.
Peppermint is a good idea, I like that!
