Need lunch ideas for a 1 year old
What are your one year olds eating for lunch? I feel like I am running out of ideas and I want him to be a good eater(unlike my 4 year old)
He will eat PB& J on wheat bread (cut up tiny of course)
Grilled cheese
Pita with Hummus (but he mostly licks the hummus off)
Bagels with cream cheese
I've tried eggs with spinach and or cheese but he won't eat it.
He also loves any kind of pasta but I like to save that for dinner.
Any ideas what I can add?

My DD loves:
Pasta
Yogurt
"Roll Ups" (turkey & cheese or chicken & cheese)..cut up small
Egg Salad
Grilled Cheese
Toast w/Jelly
Toast w/cream cheese & jelly
Mandarin Oranges
Applesauce
Cereal Bars

he eats mostly left overs from dinner the night before. so much easier.
so, last night we had cavatelli with meatballs, so he'll have that for lunch today.
tonight, we are having roasted chicken with carrots and poatoes and he'll have that tomorrow.
on days that there are no leftovers, he usually will eat eggs with black beans and some sort of fruit and avocado.
we try to keep it simple.
ETA: he also LOVES pizza which is excellent b/c it is so good for them!!!!

he always eat s a fruit or a veg with lunch
(clementines, berries, squash, steamed sweet peas, sweet potato to name a few)
If i am in a rush or we are on the go he will usually eat that plus a yogurt and then some sort of carb- crackers, cheerios etc
Some things he has eaten recently:
whole grain crackers with spreadable cheese
mini pasta with beans and kale
homemade chicken soup
homemade minestrone
pumpkin soup with pastina
eggs with veggies and cheese
agree with PP - leftover dinners ( i cook often)

My DD is so picky...we do the following:
yogurt with rice cakes & a little fruit
bagel with cream cheese & fruit
cheese and crackers & grapes
yogurt drink & banana
cheese quesadilla
