Need ideas for a Rock & Roll Party Theme
I booked DDs 3rd birthday party at an art/dance studio. It's structured into 30 minutes of play time in their indoor gym, a 45 minute guided dance/movement or theatre party and then 45 minutes for pizza and cake.
They asked me if I wanted dance or theatre and I chose dance and then asked for a theme so I chose Rock N Roll because it's fun, works for boys and girls and a variety of ages.
Now how do I tie the rock and roll theme into favors, a cake, and party bags?
I was thinking hot pink and black or turquoise/silver/black for colors.
I want it to be more Betsey Johnson Rockand Roll than (hot pink tulle skirts and lacey fingerless gloves --actually, i might wear that )
Any ideas? I'm doing searches as we speak.

Don't know if you like zebra and hot pink but I used that for my DD's birthday and loved it.....Birthday Express now has a bunch of stuff out now for that theme

OMG, Zebra and hot pink are PERFECT!
IO found these cakes and thought zi could tweak them to make them work.
Just change the cake to hot pink and the bow to either zebra or a black bow with white polka dots.
Also this, but not three layers and I'm on the fence about the record detail.
Plus I found these favor bags: 4.29 each
I'm going to check out birthday express now!

Oh, I'm dying over here! Your DD is gorgeous! That hat and dress are the cutest! Exactly what I'm looking for. Of course, I felt I had to clear the idea with my DD first and she's really excited for her rock & roll dance party!
