Need help with charts...
For some reason I am sometimes getting a second drop in temp a few days after it looks like I O'd.... the 1st drop appears like ovulation - I get a positive OPK and EWCM but then temps didn't rise and got another drop in temp 4 days later
I got AF 19 days after 1st drop and 15 days after 2nd
What day did I really O? and is this a sign of something (im pushing 38 and wondering if its some kind of early menopause thing??)
Its happened one other time since I started temping the last few months

In order to establish a better idea of which Is your true ovulation day, it is best to have an idea how many days your LP is. That doesn't change much from cycle to cycle.
When it comes to assessing patterns the best thing to do is to track for three months.
