Need help from my CBEFM experts!!
This is my first month of using it, and it didn't work so good for me this month.
I tested first on Day 6. I got a High Fertility (two bars) on day 10. I continued to get two bars until day 25. Then got a low fertility one bar on day 26. I never got a Peak reading. Two things I did do wrong was that I missed two days through out the 15 days of testing. Also, I work overnight shifts, and tried making a testing time on the monitor times when I would be able to test. I tried to use first morning or afternoon urine, but it didn't always happen. I noticed a lot of CM through out that time. Not sure if it was EWCM though. I tried looking at it, but still couldn't figure it out. Sorry TMI!! I'm guessing maybe I didn't ovulate at all, or by missing days and my weird schedule, it screwed things up.
WDYT?

Re: Need help from my CBEFM experts!!
Sounds like not testing those 2 days really screwed it up, the manual said when I set my monitor on CD1 at 9am meant that my testing window was 6am-noon. So it asked for tests CD6 and I test every morning between 6:30am and 7am. I got 2 bars on CD11 and 3 bars on CD13 but I have been testing every time it asks, I would find out your testing window and make sure you are testing within that window because it can mess it up if you don't. Whenever I notice increased CM I take that as a sign I am "o'ing" very soon and start BD'ing.

Re: Need help from my CBEFM experts!!
Using this test is VERY specific. If you fail to do so, it will not work properly.
You MUST test with FMU and you CANNOT skip a test. Period. Otherwise it will not read properly.
If you don't have a set schedule... this will probably be a very hard tool to use.
I'm sorry.
Also, when you skip a test it not only messes up the current cycle, but the subsequent cycles as well. I missed a test once, and testing was array for about 2 cycles after that. The machine is configured to learn your body and chemistry. Therefore it needs a test at the same time with the same type of pee (FMU because it's the most concentrated). The smallest changes in your levels can make a huge difference and failing to take a test on a required day will 100% affect the outcome of the testing unit.

Re: Need help from my CBEFM experts!!
Missing a test day will def mess up the monitor. At that point, you should switch to regular OPK's bc chances are the readings on the monitor are not accurate. If you haven't been consisten thus far, I'd suggest resetting the monitor and start from scratch.
Just a little tip - One time I had to leave for a business day trip much earlier than usual and I was going to miss my test time. What I did was pee in a cup with FMU and left it covered in the bathroom, and DH was able to dip the stick and perform the test for me.

Re: Need help from my CBEFM experts!!
Thanks everyone! I figured the missing tests screwed it up. I'm thinking that I may have to stop using the montior, because it is just too hard to do with my schedule. I may try it next month and start peeing in a cup. That might help on days I wake up before my testing window.
