need glass window repair recc...for a common issue, I guess. **ASAP**
so, house I adore (and hopefully will be in contract with soon) has this issue:
moisture is trapped in window in master bedroom, which happens to be a very big window & is focal point of home from the outside.
Does anyone have a good recc for who can fix it?
Or have an idea of the cost?

We had this happen to one of our Anderson windows. We contacted the company with the sku number of the window and got a replacement pane. It had a 15 yr warranty. Just an idea if it's an Anderson....

don't know anyone to replace-- but we had this issue on the large wall of windows in our new home too and was a point on the inspection notes-- If that makes you feel better.

Try to find out what company installed it - pella, anderson, etc. Most have a 10-20 year transferable warranty on the glass.

if you look on the sash it should say who made the window.....all windows are marked unless the tag was removed

I'll have to check It's a high window, and I have to get this fixed or it will bug me.
