Need distraction!
I can't stop thinking about my stupid cycle and about trying to time the bd'ing for the right days. How do you not let TTC consume your thoughts? I need distractions.

Sorry, after 11 months of ttc, I have no idea. Some months it is worse than others, but it is ever present.
Good luck with this post. I don't think there is an answer. If there is though, I will be first in line to try it.

i would love to know how to do that. DH told me today that he spoke to a doctor friend of his who told him that "if your wife is constantly thinking about it, it wont happen" bc my hormones will be off balance or something like that...
it is so easy for someone to judge and say stuff like that...it gets me so angry. i wish i didnt think about it all the time - its just very hard not too!!

I shop shop shop shop shop...and try to focus on cooking new things. I'm also planning our future vacations to the point where I should be a travel agent.
If you saw how ridiculously organized and color coded and detailed my Christmas shopping list is you'd understand how I'm trying to remain obsessed with other things.
We are also about to start redecorating and painting the inside of our house so before I go to the FF site (three times a day), or come visit this board (six times a day) I try to distract myself with something else, like the better homes and gardens site or Benjamin Moore.
It's all just distractions but it helps.
