Need Daycare Lunch Ideas
DS is 16 months and I struggle with packing lunch for him at daycare. He's not an overly picky eater, but does have a peanut allergy. They keep all lunches in the fridge, no way to heat it up. So I need cold lunch ideas. I could pack a thermos with a hot lunch.
I feel like he gets the same stuff all the time, pasta or a turkey sandwhich with cut up veggies and fruit. I need some new ideas.
What do you pack for daycare lunch?

I'm a Pre-K teacher and my students bring a wide variety of things for lunch. We cannot heat anything up as well so most of their lunches are in a thermos. Some bring chicken nuggets, bagel pizza cut up, grilled cheese, soup, pasta with all different sauces and toppings, bagels, crackers with cheese or meats, my peanut allergy children bring soy butter and jelly sandwiches, eggs (either hard-boiled and put in a container or scrambled and in a thermos) and yogurt with fruit. I don't have many ideas because my DD is at home with a nanny, but these are a few of her favorite 'cold' items that I can think of off the top of my head:
Pasta Salad
Egg Salad
Hard Boiled Egg
Cheese Sandwich
Apple Sauce
Fruit
Yogurt
Bagel
Sandwich
