In need of lunch ideas for daycare

My son is 2.5 and I feel like I am always giving him the same stuff for lunch. He doesn't seem to mind, but I want to give him more variety.

Here are his usuals:
PB&J
Grilled cheese (with a slice of meat thrown in usually)
Pasta
Chicken
ETA: I give him dinner leftovers when possible too.

Then I usually send in a yogurt or applesauce or something as a side. Any other suggestions?

I do those plus tuna sandiwiches, hummus sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, and lots of dinner leftovers- salmon, veggies and rice is pretty often. sometimes i make a whole grain mac and cheese with broccoli or peas.

i also send at least 2 servings of fresh fruit each day (strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, kiwi, peaches, grapes, etc). Sometimes I send in sliced avocado. I often send in a hard boiled egg for breakfast.

ETA--I mix up the bread for sandwiches. sometimes regular whole grain/oatmeal bread, sometimes english muffin, sometimes a wrap.

I've also sliced up organic turkey dogs and sent that in with baked beans.

My center provides meals but I have to provide 2 snacks per day - so here are some snacks that can probably supplement your lunches to offer some variety:

hardboiled eggs
steamed veggies
applesauce
yogurt
animal crackers/nilla wafers/ritz/etc.
yogurt/fruit pouches
cereal bars
