Need ceiling lights in 3 bedrooms - how much?

I have a high ranch with 3 bedrooms on the top floor. None of the rooms have ceiling lights. Each room does have a light switch that connects to an outlet on the opposite wall (so I can plug a light in and turn the switch on the wall to turn the light on and off)

How much do you think it would be to have a ceiling light installed in each bedroom? Would high hats be more or less?

highs would be more....contractors charge between $50-$100 per hat. we just got 2 fixtures (1 homedepot, 1 lowes) and they were $50-$75 each. I think fixtures are more appealing in bedrooms vs. high hats!

we had this done recently. I think we paid about $125 per room. Maybe 165....something like that. High hats would be more b/c you need a few. I like the way fistures look in a bedroom better than high hats anyway.
