Need bottle advice 11 months old and needing to replace leaky bottles.
Our Dr. Brown's bottles are a leaky disaster. Not sure if it is from misuse or age or both but we get a nice shower of formula with the slightest tilt of the bottles. We have the wide neck ones.
I am not sure what to do at this point since DD will be 1 on the 30th of the month. I don't know if at this point I should just buy a new set of the same bottles or if I should try another brand that is as close to the Dr. Brown wide necks as possible nipple wise. I am annoyed that I have to invest in more bottles at this point in time and if I have the same leaky disaster with the new set I am going to be even more annoyed.
I would love any suggestions you have to offer!

how about trying going to sippy cups that have a soft silicone nipple-like spout, like the munchkin cups? That might work AND get her on a cup faster, too!

I will have to check them out. DD is such a bottle baby right now. I know she has like 3 teeth seemingly trying to come in at once and that is contributing, but she just seems to hate table food. Getting her to eat enough solids to qualify as a meal has been H E L L. We are also having a hard time getting her away from the bottle at night right now again we think because of teething. I am taking her in to the dr. tomorrow because she is not feeling well and I am going to discuss some of these issues then. Not sure if the sippy cup is going to fulfill her current needs (although I would pay to make it happen ) In addition, when we give her the sippy cup with water she loves it but shakes it and throws it everywhere (the little beast.) She likes it more as a toy than a device for thiest quenching.

I had the same issue. Are they leaking from under the cap? I called the company. I realized that DS started to hold his own bottle at that time and was not tilting it up enough, allowing air to get into the bottle. As a result of this the milk started to leak out from under the nipple collar.
