Need an opinion
At DD preschool one of the moms that the child is in her class just has another baby a girl.. do i get her something small? or just forget about it since I really do not know her that well..
I was going to get something small.. but i really wanted to ask opinions before i did...

That's very nice and thoughtful of you! What about a photo album or a pair of pjs. Even though you don't know her, the fact that you thought to give her something means that you should because obviously that's the type of person you are

When DD was born, the parent of a child in DS's pre-school class got an "Angel Dear" bunny blanket. It costs less than $10, and it turned into DD's lovey. (I now have about 10 of them stashed, btw.) Anyway, the gesture was amazingly sweet. I was really touched by it. I think it would be really nice of you, and might even be the start of a new friendship.
