Need alternative plan for tomorrow (in case of rain)

Supposed to go out east tomorrow to the beach. We have hotel reservations in Riverhead so we can't cancel. I have a 2 year old and 6 year old. In the event it rains, is there anything else to do out east that's indoors?
Is a good part of aquarium indoors?

About half of the aquarium is indoors. Not sure what else to suggest.

Safari Adventure is in Riverhead and is a lot of fun. The Long Island Science Center (just okay). I read there is a new bowling alley. Children's Museum of the East End is in Bridgehampton and cute. The Castle at Westhampton often has events. Not sure about tomorrow.

We go to the aquarium in the winter, and if your kids have never been, they will be just fine only doing the indoor stuff. There is the butterfly and bird area also.

The aquarium is mostly inside, but it's very small. You def don't need a whole day there. You can get through it in 1-1 1/2, especially if you don't do the sea lion show. You could get some lunch (the wait at Joes Crab Shack is long so make a reservation if you wanted to go there) but you can go to the outlets and shop/walk around because the sidewalk is covered.
