Need a swift kick in the booty!!!
Ok ladies. I have been having unprotected sex.
This is a term that a girlfriend and myself coined for when we eat "bad" things.
It feels sooooo good at the moment, but as soon as it is finished, I feel guilty!!! 
I need to stop eating bad things and get back to the gym. After my honeymoon, I joined a gym and watched what I ate and lost 12 pounds. I am stuck now at those 12 pounds about 10 months later. I need to lose about 17 more pounds.............
Kick my butt!!!!!!

start with just getting to the gym regularly. You will want to start changing your diet within a week without even trying.
