Need a dress for DD to wear to SIL's wedding reception...UPDATED!
Ok, My SIL who lives in Hawaii was married there a month a ago and is having her "reception" for family in a restaurant on the Jersey shore May 12.
DH, DD and I will be spending the night and going to the beach the next day after a Mother's Day Brunch with everyone else.  
SIL bought DD a adorable dress in Hawaii when we were there in Feb. I loved it and it was perfect for the wedding. It was a tropical print dress with a hat and little undies. OMG! It was really cute! Well, DD hit a major growth spurt and the dress now does not cover her diaper!  She is too tall for it.
Here's were I need help...
Where can I find a cute, tropical dress that is not sleeveless, not a halter, not designed for 90 degree weather? It could be cool in the restaurant or outside that day or it could be 80 degrees. I would like a short sleeved dress, or a sleeveless one with a sweater to match. What are your thoughts? TIA

I LOVE Janie and Jack for their classic style....what about something like this? All of the tropical ones I've seen are all halters or sleeveless.

This is exactly why I posted. I have not had any luck finding anything.
I do think this dress is adorable, but I really wanted a Hawaii style dress. I feel so bad that Grace does not fit into the one SIL bought for her anymore.

Is there anyway to get the dress altered, and add a "border" around the bottom? eyelet or lace or something? Or is there a way for your SIL to bring a bigger size home with her for your dd?

Does the maker of your current too small dress have a website you can order from? What about going to Hawaii.com (or some website like that) and look for local online stores. Does the store where your SIL got it have a website?
OK just some thoughts I"ll stop asking questions now.

eta: why don't you just tell SIL what happened and ask her to pick up the same or similar dress in a larger size for you
