Natural IUI success (no meds) ???
Hi ladies.... I'm hoping that someone can help me. As I posted this morning my husband and I just went through our first IUI with no meds or anything. Just me, him and the "turkey baster" Well unfortunately it failed  Silly me I actually thought that we would get lucky on our first attempt. Wishful thinking I guess
But I was wondering if anyone had success with "natural" IUI or knows anyone who had a successful IUI with no meds. Any input would be REALLY appreciated

Actually, I have a friend who has slight PCOS (is that possible or is she in denial) and did natural IUI about 5 years ago (wait make that 6 years ago b/c her DS is now 5). SO it does happen. And actually b/c is worked for her so easily, i though it was going to be that way for me. We are all different though and no one knows when it will finally work. But, it will. Hopefully, for you, sooner than later. Good luck..

I think that natural IUI can help for mild MF IF issues and female cervical issues (e.g., cervical stenosis or hostile CM).
ETA: Other issues may require a combo of ovulation induction (e.g., Clomid) and IUI. HTH!

hi - i just did my 3rd natural IUI yesterday (back to back). i'll let u know in 14 days the results!!
I know it def worked for girls on this board,,, i'll see if I can pull up some old threads for u.... if this one fails for me, i may opt for clomid next time (or the time after)

I was on Metformin to try and regulate my cycles but no actual fertility drugs. I ovulated on my own right before I was about to start Clomid. Had one IUI and got pregnant. I am now 16 weeks along. Good luck!!
