Nap problems... please help!
My LO is 4 months old... She used to be a great napper- would nap 3 hours at a time and now only naps for 30 minutes :( She STTN so I don't understand why this is happening... She's driving me insane... Please help me get her to nap longer!

If i remember (DD is 18mo) that the sleep patterns change from month to month. So maybe its just a phase they are going through.

Have you tried to use a swing to get her down?

Re: Nap problems... please help!
I'm jealous. DS2 just turned 4 months and is/was (crossing fingers it's was) a horrible napper. He'd nap 30 minutes at a time, every 1-2 hours. I'd get 1 long 2 hr nap every other day. It seems that his naps are improving, 2 long naps today (2+hrs and another 1.5 hr) but we'll see. And he's definitely NOT sttn.
I remember from DS1 that their sleep goes through some changes that 1st year but things should improve with time. DS1 sttn at 4 months and was a fantastic napper until past age 3. Hang in there.

DS is almost 5mo and has been a horrible napper. usually he takes a few 45 min naps, but that's it. And he's an OK sleeper at night. It's torture bc DS#1 was a really GREAT sleeper and still is.
