Nailtique or Nailtek?

Which is the one to use for thin, brittle nails that break and bend easily? Thanks!

I think that nailtek is the generic of Nailtique.

not really a generic version, more like a copy of it Chat Icon

my nails were a MESS after I took off my silk wraps (I had them for YEARS). they were thin as paper and brittle. Nailtiques seriously saved them

Re: Nailtique or Nailtek?

I think Nailtique is the brand that is sold exclusively at salons (or online), and Nailtek is more for the public.

However, I've found Nailtique at cosmetic supply stores.

they sell Nailtiques at Tri County, CVS, Harmon, etc. I usually get mine at the flea market

Re: Nailtique or Nailtek?

2 guys came up with Nailtique. They had a fall out and because of $$ (what else is new) Then one guy left and made the same formula and called it Nailtex. It's the same product if you look at the formula, but Nailtex is cheaper.

Interesting!
I have been using Nailtex because I just saw it in CVS and needed something..
I also used Nailtiques...
They are both good! I guess the above is the reason why..Chat Icon

I didn't know they sold Nailtque at CVS! Guess I don't have to go all the way to the salon or cosmetic supply store to buy it! Thanks for the info.

Re: Nailtique or Nailtek?

i vote nail tek because for some reason a lot of people have had bad reactions to nailtique but were not affected negatively by nailtek
i have been using nailtek for years and i love it - many of my clients also use it

I've used REJUVACOTE NAIL GROWTH SYSTEM in the past and really liked it. you can get it at a beauty supply store or Harmon's.
