Nails- Questions..........
I have natural nails that usually get a manicure wkly.
On occasion, I dont keep polish due to my 2nd job and the labor and torture my hands go through.
I dont get the sides of my nails filed, for me, I think its support for nail.
well, I constantly get a crack and the beginning of my nail bed, on side. Argh!
Almost most of nails go through this.
They also peel 
Should I be take a supplement?
vitamin?
Be using something to help?
I keep them short and my weekly manicures should be helping. but dont. Imagine I didnt get them

i use nail magic and i still get those peels/cracks (though not as much). i know exactly what you are talking about. really the only thing that helps is having the sides of my nails filed, i know it seems like it might make them weaker but i definitely have not found that to be the case.

I think GNC sells a Hair & Nail vitamin. You could try that.

After I took off my silk wraps I bought NailTek II and put it under and over the polish. After a few weeks my nails were back to normal.

i have been using the OPI nail envy treatment for YEARS now and at the risk of sounding full of myself - my nails are gorgeous.
they have a no peel formula that is amazing - i havent had to use it in years cause it really stopped my nails from splitting and peeling. i now use the original formula everytime under a manicure.
try it - i swear by it.
