Finding nice houses, low prices on mlsli. I lived there with my exbf and thought it was a nice area BUT we didnt have kids. Honest opinions. I want to hear the good and bad.

I live in WB but NB is our main rival so I can give you an outsiders perspective.
NB gets a bad rep in some ways. But they have an outstanding sports reputation and are renowned for their music programs. We have met many families through various sports match-ups. They have all been lovely people, from many different ethnicities and income levels. Not one of them has shown any regrets about living in NB. We have close friends that are products of the NB schools and HAPPILY bought a house and are sending 3/5 of their kids there. (2 are toddlers).

I also live in WB. Many say NB isn't great, however I haven't really experienced it. I did sub last year quite a bit at NBHS and didn't see anything different than I have in other "better" districts.
