Myrtle Beach
Check out these homes in Myrtle Beach.. my aunt moved there a year and a half ago and her house has already been appraised for 30,000 more than what she paid.. They are building like crazy there..

my MIL lives about 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach. The growth is amazing - we tossed around the idea of relocating down there...we could sell our house in NJ and buy a house down there for way less..

We were looking at that area the other day online.
I saw some beautiful huge 4 bedrooms houses, I mean great sizes , condition etc for ALL less then $200K!

My AUnt bought down there too, and ti si BOOMING down there...but its so nice there. We are thinking of moving there in the next 2 years...my parents are looking to buy a house too...they can sell their house in Sag Harbor and buy a house from themselves and eachj of their 3 kids, and still have $$ leftover

I was looking at Charlotte... There was a 4br Colonial for $150 
They're grow too, which means there are jobs in education.
I'm going to run it by fh...

Booming to say the least down there!!
My aunt moved down there almost ten years ago, my mom about four (actually Surfside BEach & Murrel's Inlet). There used to be tons of undeveloped land everywhere ... now, not so much!
It used to be dead in the winter but not anymore. Instead just incredibly overcrowded in the summer.
