Beautiful! I LOVE the walls and decals!!
I would try this:
Crib where the dresser is
Dresser on the wall that the crib is, but centered
Glider where the crib is, but angled out from that corner, so you can face the room and also look out the window. KWIM?

I wanted to corner the glider but it sticks out too far w/the ottoman (sp??). Amd it rocks/glides so it's hard to push it against the wall like it is in the pic.

I love the room! It is so pretty!
I think the crib and the dresser would be good if you switched them also. I would like the crib with the wall decorations that you have where the dresser is, and vice versa.
As far as the glider, I would go ahead and angle it. You may feel that it sticks out too much but you might also get used to it and then at least you could use it!

Its so cute. Great job. I especially love the decals which is why I also think the crib should go on the other wall next to it and maybe move the name too.
Although I understand if your train of thought was to see the crib and name as the main wall as you enter the room.
I also worry about having the crib to close to the window for when it gets very cold. There are always drafts that you can feel, even if they are pretty new.
